Van, our Master Artist has hand picked every artist on our staff. Each is accomplished in a particular field, style or period of Art, to capture the vision and life of the original work. No painting leaves Art Works until Van has personally inspected it. Top.
What about copyright laws ?
Only works of art which are in the public domain and no longer subject to copyright can be reproduced. Copyright belongs to the artist or their estate until 50 years after the artist death (70 years in Europe).
As a reputable company, Art Works does not undertake commissions for any work subject to copyright law unless they receive permission from all respective parties involved. Top.
How much will the painting cost ?
The cost of the painting will depend on the complexity of the original work and, the size. All prices and sizes are individually marked in our gallery. Top.
What are the delivery times ?
Each painting is created by hand and takes around 4-5 weeks to complete. Top.
How do I place an order ?
Each page is set up with a Shopping Cart button. Go the the painting you wish to purchase and make your size selection, then click the Continue button. After pressing the "Add to Cart" button, you will be switched to Secure Mode in order to process your billing and shipping information. If you are uncomfortable with using our online system simply call us at 1-888-310-6022 and we will be happy to take your information over the phone.

What does stretching mean ?
Stretching means the painting's is stretched over and attached to a wooden stretcher bar system so that it is ready to receive a frame. Top.
What if I want the painting framed ?
After you've selected a painting, please browse our Picture Frame selection by clicking "Ready Made Frames" on the left. We have many frames to choose. Since the painting will take 4-5 weeks to paint, you have plenty of time to make a selection, you do not have to decide now. You can E-mail us or call 1-888-310-6022 later. Your painting will arrive framed and Ready to Hang on your wall. Top.
Will my credit card details be secure ?
Our shopping cart uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption when transmitting your personal information and payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. When ArtWorks asks for your personal and payment information you can be assured it is SSL encrypted. Top.
When will my credit card be charged?
We require payment before our artist begins work on your painting. Your card will be billed upon confirmation of the order. Top.
What is your return policy ?
All returns are subject to Management Approval. You must E-mail us within 5 business days of receiving the painting explainting why you are dissatisfied. Once Management has approved the return, send it back and we will address your concerns immediately per your written instruction. Return shipping and insurance fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
NOTE: Any damage to a painting or frame while unpacking or hanging is solely the responsibility of the customer. Unpack carefully, paintings have no strength if you lay the canvas against any object the canvas will stretch. Tape will stick to a frame or painting and can cause possible damage. Any stretched paintings damaged, warped, or misshaped that is framed by parties other than Art Works is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Returning paintings for any other reason is subject to Management Approval. A 20% re-stocking fee, will be charged to the customer. Shipping fees, credit card fees, or Paypal fees will also be deducted from the remaining balance due the customer. For example, the painting did not match the decor. Requesting major changes, like color, adding areas, deleting areas, changing format (24x30 to 24x48), then deciding it does not look as good as the original. Purchasing the painting for someone else who does not agree with your choice of art etc. etc.
